We have an Open Office layout with individual, fixed, and hot-desks. Additionally, there are offices, dry labs, meeting rooms, a kitchen & eating room, and a fully equipped auditorium.
Solutions
We provide reception services, messaging, printing, and coffee machine. Additionally, we offer a commercial address for companies
Loci Labs Space
Facilities
We have a large Open Lab with individual bench stations and private laboratories, providing access to well-equipped specialized labs (cultivation, microbiology, molecular biology, media preparation, washing, and sterilization).
Solutions
We offer streamlined procurement of supplies and centralized purchases of regulated chemicals (regulated by RENPRE) and equipment. Additionally, we manage special waste disposal.

MEMBERSHIP
Individual monthly plan to be part of the Loci community, with access to training. Provides access to the Open Office, meeting rooms, mobile desks, eating room, and Loci Labs lobby. Additionally, printing and reception services.
LAB & BUSINESS INCUBATION
Service for incubating technology-based companies, including mentoring, technological connections, representation at international events, promotion, and connection to investment capital. Also includes concierge benefits, streamlined purchases (Loci Shop), RENPRE processing for chemical purchases, and pathological waste collection service. Access to Lab Space and laboratories, as well as equipment for microbiological and cell cultivation, molecular biology, and media preparation.
Laboratory Spaces
BENCH
Monthly team plan that provides access to an EXCLUSIVE-USE BENCH in the LAB SPACE, made of chemical-resistant resin (120 x 80), with stabilized power outlets, storage cabinet, and an ergonomic chair.
PRIVATE LAB
Access to a PRIVATE LABORATORY of 12 m2, in the LAB SPACE, with stabilized power outlets, resin workbenches, and 2 ergonomic chair
PRIVATE SINK LAB
Access to a PRIVATE LABORATORY of 12/18 m2, in the LAB SPACE, with a washing and disposal sink, running water, resin workbenches, and 2 ergonomic chairs.
Office Spaces
FIX DESK
Grants access to a FIXED DESK in the OFFICE SPACE, with data and power outlets, a drawer unit, and an exclusive ergonomic chair.
DRY LAB
Access to a DRY LAB in the OFFICE SPACE with two desk workstations, ergonomic chairs, data and power connections, and storage space.
OFFICE
Access to an PRIVATE OFFICE in the OFFICE SPACE with two or more desk workstations, data and power connections, storage space, and courtesy chairs.

Individual daily pass for the LOCI OFFICE SPACE and LOCI LAB SPACE facilities. Provides access to the Open Lab and SPECIAL LABS with their equipment, as well as the Open Office, meeting rooms, desks, dining area, and Loci Labs lobby. Passes can be used at any time within 6 months of purchase.
